Andreas Lindenbaum Was born in Detmold/West Germany. He studied violoncello and composition at NWD Musikhochschule in Detmold. In 1986, a grant awarded by the "Rotary Foundation International" gave Andreas Lindenbaum the opportunity to study at the School of Music Bloomington/USA in the class of Janos Starker. Since 1989, the year he moved to vienna, he has been a member of Klangforum Wien, he has been teaching at the Conservatory of the City of Vienna since 1990. Geboren in Detmold/BRD. Er studierte Violoncello und Komposition an der NWD Musikhochschule Detmold. 1986 ermöglichte ein Stipendium der Rotary-Foundation International Studien an der School of Music in Bloomington, USA, in der klasse von Janos Starker.
